Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery in Greater Accra for orders placed before 2 PM. 1–3 business days for other regions. Delivery times may vary on public holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over ₵30,000 qualify for free shipping nationwide.
How can I track my order?
Sign in and go to "My Orders" to see real-time status. We also send email and SMS updates at each stage.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa/Mastercard, Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and Pay on Delivery (Greater Accra only).
Is online payment secure?
Yes. We use PaySwitch, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I pay in installments?
We're working on it. Message us on WhatsApp for current options.

Products & Warranty

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is 100% authentic, sourced through authorized channels. We'll never sell you a fake.
Do you sell refurbished products?
When we do, it's clearly labeled. Most of our stock is brand new and sealed.
What warranty comes with my purchase?
New devices carry the manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty plus our local in-store support.
Can I trade in my old device?
We accept select trade-ins. Contact us with your device details for a quote.

Returns

What's your return policy?
Sealed, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or activated devices may be subject to a restocking fee.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@istoregh.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Who pays return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival), we cover shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
