7-Day Return Window

You may return sealed, unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.

Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If your device is defective on arrival, contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Activated devices (Apple ID linked, SIM-paired)
Software downloads
Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
Sale items marked "final sale"
