Every new Apple product comes with Apple's 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is honored at any authorized Apple service provider worldwide.

Local iStoreGH Support

In addition to Apple's warranty, we offer in-store support for the duration of your manufacturer warranty period. Bring your device to us for diagnosis, claims processing, or general questions.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects
Hardware malfunctions under normal use
Battery defects (within first year)

What's Not Covered

Accidental damage (drops, water exposure)
Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
Damage from unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear

AppleCare+

For extended coverage including accidental damage, ask us about AppleCare+ at the time of purchase. Available on iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch.
